Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• 2–3 years applicable experience.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and provide team member schedules and assignments.
• Update and adjust schedule based on census, regulatory requirements, and absences; fill shift vacancies with overtime awareness.
• Update schedule databases.
• Track tardiness, unplanned absences, requests for time off, and changes in scheduled hours; enter approved time off into scheduling database and timekeeping system.
• Ensure scheduled, total and overtime FTEs are within budget.
• Track incidental and approved overtime and complete other reports as assigned.
