Job summary

Lifespace Communities in Geneva, IL is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to maintain and manage staffing schedules for our GreenFields of Geneva community. This role supports a mission-driven team and ensures residents receive timely, well-coordinated service.

Requirements include 2–3 years of applicable experience and a high school diploma; CPR certification is preferred. The position offers hourly pay and growth opportunities within a nonprofit senior living organization serving residents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• Two to three years of applicable experience.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and provide team member schedule and assignments.
• Update and adjust schedule based upon fluctuating census, regulatory requirements, planned and unplanned team member absences. Fill shift vacancies with overtime awareness.
• Update schedule databases.
• Track and inform assigned lead of tardiness, unplanned absences, requests for planned time off and requests for change in scheduled hours. Enter approved time off into scheduling database and timekeeping system.
• Ensure scheduled, total and overtime FTEs are within budget.
• Track incidental and approved overtime, and complete other reports as assigned.
