Columbia Housing is seeking a Relocation Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and oversee resident relocations tied to redevelopment projects. You will ensure compliance with URA, RAD, and Section 18, while collaborating with housing programs and vendors to deliver organized relocation activities.

The role emphasizes strong project coordination, precise documentation, and clear communication with residents and stakeholders, supporting the agency’s mission and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• Minimum four years of professional experience in procurement administration, compliance, relocation coordination, HUD program administration, property management or affordable housing compliance.
• Knowledge of residential relocation processes and HUD, URA, RAD and Section 18 requirements.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement relocation plans for development and redevelopment projects.
• Coordinate relocation activities with RAD, Section 18, and other initiatives.
• Prepare relocation notices and maintain regulatory documentation.
• Serve as primary liaison to residents and provide counseling on relocation options.
• Identify temporary and permanent relocation housing resources and arrange logistics.
