Columbia Housing in Columbia, SC is seeking a full-time Relocation Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and oversee relocation programs connected to development and redevelopment projects. You will ensure regulatory compliance with URA, RAD, Section 18, HUD, and related policies while collaborating with residents, Property Management, and developers to deliver timely, compliant relocations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of four years in procurement administration, compliance, relocation coordination, HUD program administration, property management, or affordable housing compliance.
• Valid South Carolina driver's license required.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Aufgaben

• Develop, coordinate relocation plans for development and redevelopment projects.
• Ensure compliance with URA, RAD, Section 18, HUD, and Columbia Housing requirements.
• Serve as liaison with residents, management, developers, and vendors throughout relocation.
• Identify relocation resources, arrange housing referrals, and manage related documentation.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate relocation records and data.
