Columbia Housing Authority in Columbia, SC is seeking a Relocation Coordinator to manage relocation programs tied to redevelopment projects. The role requires coordinating complex schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance with URA, RAD, and Section 18 requirements, and delivering excellent resident services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in procurement administration, compliance, relocation coordination, HUD program administration, property management, or affordable housing compliance.
• A valid South Carolina driver's license is required.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for Columbia Housing's automobile insurance plan.

Responsabilités

• Relocation Planning & Coordination: Develop and implement relocation plans for development/redevelopment projects.
• Regulatory Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with URA, RAD, Section 18, HUD and Columbia Housing requirements.
• Resident Services & Communication: Serve as primary liaison, assess relocation needs, and guide residents through relocation.
• Housing Resources & Relocation Logistics: Identify relocation housing, assist with referrals, arrange transportation and logistics.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and project stakeholders to ensure timely relocation activities.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
