Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly.
• Answer calls professionally to gather marketing information.
• Collaborate with Director of Community Relations and Executive Director on referral programs.
• Tour prospective Residents and/or families.
• Liaison between The Bristal and community referrals.
• Maintain CRM lead records and support marketing efforts.
• Assist in meeting sales goals and move-in paperwork.
• Assist new residents with move-in acclimation.
• Manage marketing inventory.
• Help host marketing/sales events.
• Ensure accuracy of apartment inventory and weekly traffic and census reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
