Job summary

The Bristal at Englewood is seeking a Marketing/Community Relations Assistant to support occupancy and referral programs. You will greet visitors, answer calls, and coordinate tours to convert referrals into residents.

Responsibilities include managing lead records, assisting with move-in paperwork, and helping residents acclimate to the community. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on senior-resident service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
• Must be able to close the deal.

• Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors in a warm, friendly manner.
• Answer telephones professionally to gather critical marketing information.
• Collaborate with the Director of Community Relations and Executive Director on a resident referral program.
• Take prospective Residents and/or families on tours of the Facility.
• Maintain CRM lead records and support marketing team.
• Assist in move-in paperwork and collection of rent monies prior to move-in.
• Support new residents to acclimate to the community.
