Asset Living is seeking a Resident Advisor to oversee all aspects of resident relations, leasing, and marketing at the property. You will work closely with the Community Manager to deliver an optimal residential environment for students, supporting academic goals and community growth.

Responsibilities include leading the leasing team, ensuring effective leasing and reporting, developing retention programs, and coordinating communications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s housing industry experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing all aspects of resident relations, leasing, and marketing at the property.
• Lead leasing team and achieve effective leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Audit lease files for policy adherence and maintain accurate reporting.
• Plan resident retention programs and coordinate monthly newsletters and events.
• Ensure staff training, coaching, and performance aligned with company directives.
