Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for our communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, qualify applicants, and guide them through move-in while maintaining accurate leasing records.

Regular on-site presence, strong customer service, attention to Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements, and the ability to work with on-site software are essential. The role offers full-time hours and a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease
• Conducts all leasing functions to close the sale; make appointments, generate leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours
• Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals
• Deal with resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction
• Assist in developing resident retention programs and marketing outreach
• Review market survey/analysis to generate ideas and plans
