Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; 6 months to 1 year related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Greet prospects, qualify them, assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history.
• Show apartments, close sales, and prepare move-ins.
• Maintain social media presence to boost visibility.
• Resolve resident issues promptly and maintain retention.
• Attend meetings and collaborate with maintenance and marketing teams.
