Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Utah to support the Community Manager with financial and operational tasks. Responsibilities include rent collection, bank reconciliations, preparing reports, processing invoices, and coordinating with vendors and residents.

You will operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata), review resident files for delinquencies, assist in lease enforcement, and help manage owner relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business-related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in residence life or property management.
• Understanding of lease terms and enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and independent.

Responsibilities

• Collects rent and payments, posts daily, and reconciles bank accounts.
• Prepares monthly financial reports and processes invoices.
• Manages vendor invoices and owner communications to ensure timely payments.
• Assists in lease enforcement, evictions, and move-outs per policy.
• Supports leasing/marketing by guiding prospects and processing applications.
• Acts as on-site supervisor in manager’s absence and coordinates maintenance.
