PACS Group, Inc. is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist Assistant to assist the Staff Physical Therapist with resident-related activities and direct resident care in our Arlington Heights facility.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, infection control, and patient education on home exercise programs and safety.

Candidates should have an accredited PTA program degree, state licensure, and proficiency with Net Health and Point Click Care.

Qualificações

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state.
• CPR certification, if required by licensure.
• Proficient in Net Health and Point Click Care.

Responsabilidades

• Treat residents as directed by Physical Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with requirements.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety protocols.
• Assist nursing department with training of Restorative Aides.
• Communicate with supervising physical therapist to update on progress and discharge planning.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
