Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist with resident care and treatment as directed.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with policies and payers.
• Ensure a safe, infection-controlled environment and proper equipment use.
• Collaborate with the care team and participate in care conferences as needed.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home programs.
