Job summary

Mirror is hiring a Residential Reentry Center (RRC) Case Manager in Topeka, KS. You will supervise program services for federal offenders, ensuring ethical conduct and adherence to DOJ/BOP agreements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with referral sources, staff, and community partners to support residents. The role emphasizes resident engagement, timely documentation, on-call duties, and accountability measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social/behavioral science preferred.
• Minimum of one year paid experience in case management or offender services.
• Must pass DOJ/BOP background check and meet security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain written and verbal communication with referral sources and professionals.
• Collaborate with staff, residents, and community partners.
• Refer residents to community-based services based on assessed needs.
• Plan and deliver resident engagement programs and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Remain available for on-call duties and complete reports and notes promptly.
• Monitor resident itineraries and perform security and accountability tasks.
