Job summary

• Manage AR activities: posting, delinquency resolution, ledger accuracy.
• Outbound outreach to residents to resolve delinquency and payment plans.
• Coordinate eviction-related activities per lease terms and laws.
• Document interactions in Salesforce with accuracy.
• Collaborate with local markets and centralized partners.
• Follow standardized workflows for consistent execution.
