Project Access is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to design and implement programs that enhance community life for residents at The Palms Apartments in Rowland Heights, CA. The role links residents with services and drives outcomes across four pillars, with an autonomous, proactive approach.

You will manage after-school programs, workshops, and outreach, building partnerships with local providers and coordinating volunteers while supporting food distribution and community events.

Qualificações

• Two years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields (social services or community outreach).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; basic with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur.
• Strong time management, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Implement core programs and services across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs.
• Coordinate and oversee an after-school and teen program with homework help and enrichment.
• Plan and facilitate resident workshops and group sessions.
• Develop partnerships with local providers to deliver services and workshops.
• Plan community-building events and foster relationships among residents.
• Provide information and referrals to access community resources and nonprofit partners.
• Support food distribution needs and manage food bank partnerships.
• Maintain strong relationships with property management and schedule regular updates.
• Organize monthly outreach including door-to-door and digital/physical presence in high-traffic locations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and interns.
