Job summary

TREK Development Group, a Pittsburgh-based real estate development firm, seeks a Manager of Community Partnerships & Resident Programs for East Hills properties (313 units). This role coordinates on-site services and robust partnerships to improve residents’ quality of life, with emphasis on housing stability and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a helping profession is required.
• MSW preferred for advanced practice in social work and community services.
• Minimum 2–3 years in supportive services, case management, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating resident services with external agencies/partners.
• Proven ability to engage diverse populations facing housing or financial challenges.
• Experience planning community events and leadership initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support on-site service providers to avoid duplication of services.
• Outreach to external agencies to bring services on-site for residents.
• Engage residents on-site to connect them with resources and identify needs.
• Provide direct resident support for lease obligations, rent issues, and personal challenges.
• Prepare annual unit inspections and follow-up with residents on housing quality.
