GHP Management Corporation in Los Angeles is seeking a Full Time Move-In Associate to support the move-in process and resident services. You will review unit status, schedule move-ins, inspect units, collect funds and documents, and travel between properties to complete move-ins.

Preferred candidates maintain strong communication, multitask effectively, and hold a high school diploma. The role offers hourly pay with potential commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage assigned requests and priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• General computer skills required.
• Must pass background and drug test screening.
• Must have a valid California driver’s license & car insurance.
• Must have a personal vehicle for business use.

Responsibilities

• Review unit status reports daily to confirm unit status.
• Coordinate with Leasing Administration to schedule move-ins.
• Inspect move-in units and place gifts if available.
• Contact residents to confirm move-in and scheduling.
• On move-in day, collect funds, insurance and perform inspection.
• Obtain documents, keys, parking tags and fobs for move-in.
• Travel to properties to complete move-in process.
• Identify vacant units and set up mini models weekly.
• Encourage resident reviews of the move-in experience.
• Maintain knowledge of community policies and communicate with Resident Services.
• Other duties as assigned.
