Job summary

GHP Management Corporation is seeking a Resident Onboarding Specialist to welcome new residents after lease signing and ensure a seamless move-in. You will coordinate with Leasing Administration, inspect units, collect funds, and prepare move-in packets, delivering a warm handoff at every step.

In this fast-paced role, you will stay organized, communicate clearly with residents and the Service Team, and support a positive move-in experience across properties in California.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass background and drug test.
• Valid California driver's license & personal vehicle for business use.
• Unrestricted work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee move-in process and coordinate with Leasing Administration to prepare files.
• Inspect move-in units, confirm condition, and place resident move-in gifts if available.
• Contact residents to schedule move-ins and collect move-in funds and insurance.
• Gather documents, keys, parking tags, and key fobs; prepare move-in packets.
• Travel to properties for move-ins and manage on-site coordination.
• Support resident experience and encourage feedback across platforms.
