Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will help create meals that meet dietary needs while maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cook/food prep experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Strong communication with occupants, staff, and leadership.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; keep kitchen clean.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
