Job summary

Camellia at Deerwood is seeking a Move In Coordinator to provide administrative support for the Sales & Marketing Department and to manage the move-in process for new residents. The role focuses on creating positive first and lasting impressions for prospects and families, while maintaining accuracy in lead management and closing sales.

The position requires strong customer service skills, experience in senior living, and the ability to use CRM systems and standard office software.

Qualifications

• Experience in Senior Living is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
• Proficient in Windows, Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM database systems.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales & Marketing team to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Assist in move-in paperwork for new residents.
• Ensure smooth transition for new residents into their new home.
• Close sales by guiding residents, families, and advisors.
• Maintain accurate marketing materials and CRM data.
