Job summary

The Cascades at Delray Senior Living is seeking a Move-In Coordinator & Community Market Specialist to ensure a seamless experience for prospective residents from inquiry to move-in and beyond. The role also focuses on developing community resources and supporting the move-in process.

Must be flexible, highly organized, proactive, and passionate about senior living, with excellent follow-up skills and a genuine commitment to outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in senior living, hospitality, sales, marketing or customer service.
• Senior living/Independent Living experience preferred.
• Experience with move-in coordination or referral development preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional follow-up skills are required.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Customer service and relationship-building strengths.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-in coordination from deposit through move-in day.
• Maintain timely follow-up with residents and families.
• Coordinate schedules, deliveries, furniture placement, and move-in needs.
• Develop relationships with local senior organizations and partners.
• Support tours, events, and marketing activities for occupancy.
