Job summary

Camellia at Deerwood in Jacksonville is seeking a Move In Coordinator to support the Sales & Marketing team, manage move-in paperwork, and ensure smooth, welcoming transitions for new residents and families.

The role requires at least two years of sales and marketing experience (senior living preferred), strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work with diverse teams in a busy community. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in senior living.
• Proficient in Windows, Office, and CRM database systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales & Marketing team to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Assist with move-in paperwork for new residents.
• Ensure a smooth transition for new residents through excellent customer service.
• Close sales by guiding residents and families through decisions and referrals.
• Coordinate with team to plan and execute Sales & Marketing events.
