Job summary

WELLQUEST LIVING LLC in Reno, NV is seeking a responsible Medication Technician for full-time day-to-day medication administration to residents as ordered by physicians and under supervision of Health Services Director. You will maintain medication records, coordinate with pharmacies and assist with related clinical duties.

The role requires a High School diploma, completion of the Medication Administration Course, and at least one year of experience with medications, preferably for elderly

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed the Company’s Medication Administration Course with a passing grade on the test.
• 1 year experience passing medications; elderly care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medication services with resident, pharmacy, and physician under supervision.
• Track orders for medication changes and refills.
• Maintain accurate medication records and MAR/docs as required.
• Assist with department scheduling and supply inventory as directed.
• Prepare medications for distribution and verify proper administration.
