Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience passing medications; elderly care preferred.
• Must pass criminal record clearance and possess first aid training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacy and physicians.
• Order and track medications and changes.
• Maintain resident medication records and logs.
• Ensure medication is administered as directed and document refusals.
• Maintain clean, organized medicine carts and rooms.
