Job summary

dWELL Recovery is seeking a detail-oriented Medication Support Specialist to organize medications, coordinate refills with pharmacies, document accurately, and support residents with adherence and scheduling. The role emphasizes clear communication with clinical staff and providers.

The position is part-time with shifts including Sunday-Thursday, Monday-Friday, or Tuesday-Saturday, up to 25 hours per week from 10 AM to 2 PM. Prior experience in healthcare or residential services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Behavioral Health, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, medication support, caregiving, residential services, or related setting preferred.
• Experience communicating with pharmacies and coordinating prescription refills preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to share medication updates clearly.

Responsibilities

• Enter new medications into electronic records accurately.
• Coordinate with pharmacies for refills and timing to avoid delays.
• Serve as primary contact with pharmacies for refill requests and status updates.
• Coordinate updates between dWELL Recovery and clinical providers.
