dWELL Recovery in New York City seeks an Overnight Medication Support Compliance Resident Manager to supervise overnight staff, maintain medication records, and ensure safe, consistent care for residents. This role focuses on high-quality documentation and seamless handoffs to the morning team.

The position requires a nursing or health sciences background, 2+ years in medication management, and comfort with electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Behavioral Health, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in medication management or related health services.
• Experience with medication reconciliation, records, documentation, or management systems preferred.
• Experience using electronic medication management systems or electronic health records.
• Ability to identify and escalate medication discrepancies with accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Provide overnight residential and medication support with accurate documentation and routines.
• Maintain and monitor medication records and inventory across shifts.
• Document discrepancies or missing information for follow-up by leadership.
• Communicate updates and needs with House Managers and program staff.
• Complete shift reports and incident documentation for incoming staff.
• Provide overnight supervision and respond to emergencies, guiding residents as needed.
• Supervise overnight staff and ensure safety and consistency of care.
• Support household routines and independence, preparing residence for morning shift.
• Participate in staff meetings and training to improve medication support and workflows.
