Job summary

dWELL Recovery in New York City is seeking an Overnight Medication Support Compliance Resident Manager to join the Main House team. This role focuses on overnight medication support, quality control, audits, and resident supervision to ensure safe, consistent care through shifts.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or related field and have 2+ years in medication management or related settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in medication management or related setting.
• Experience with electronic health records or medication management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight residential and medication support with accurate documentation.
• Maintain medication records, inventory, and related information in client software.
• Document discrepancies or missing information for leadership follow-up.
• Coordinate with House Managers and staff to communicate updates and needs.
• Complete shift reports and incident documentation for the incoming shift.
• Supervise RAs during overnight shifts and oversee safety and routines.
• Participate in meetings and training to improve workflows.
