Job summary

Qualifications

• Sufficient education to demonstrate functional literacy.
• A minimum of one (1) year institutional food service experience as a cook.
• Experience In Long Term Care Food Production Is Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist cook in meal preparation and tray assembly.
• Follow diet orders and NPO diet orders; serve nourishments.
• Maintain hygiene, proper temperatures, and safe storage of foods.
