Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow diet orders and NPO diet orders.
• Assist cook in meal preparation.
• Deliver trays to patients/residents.
• Serve meals in dining area.
• Maintain sanitation and cleaning of dining and kitchen areas.
• Record temperatures as required.
• Assist with inventory and storage of food and supplies.
• Comply with infection control policies.
• Participate in trainings and mandatory in-services.
