Responsibilities

• Assists cook in the preparation of meals for patients/residents and prepares between-meal nourishments.
• Follows diet orders and NPO diet orders.
• Delivers trays to patients/residents and assists with serving beverages.
• Cleans dining area and kitchen, stores cleaning equipment properly.
• Maintains food handling, preparation, and storage in compliance with state and federal regulations.
