Job summary

Hunt is seeking a Graphic Designer to plan and oversee property marketing across assigned communities, regions, and PR programs. The role supports videos and social graphics to boost resident engagement, occupancy, and brand perception.

The candidate will collaborate with regional coordinators, create newsletters, and manage marketing materials for print and digital channels while building relationships with military partners and residents.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and build strong relationships with leaders and peers.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with graphic design and social media tasks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop resident marketing collateral such as newsletters and flyers for activities, events, and gatherings.
• Collaborate with Regional Marketing Coordinators to craft monthly and annual property marketing plans.
• Control marketing results and adjust strategies to meet occupancy and retention goals.
• Plan materials for print, online, social media, email, and direct mail campaigns.
