Responsibilities

• Develop and implement resident marketing collateral (newsletters, flyers) for activities and events.
• Collaborate with Regional Marketing Coordinators to develop monthly/annual property marketing plans to support occupancy and retention goals.
• Ensure marketing results are controlled and adjusted to meet objectives.
• Plan and oversee materials for promotional activities across print, online, social media, email, and direct mail; propose strategies.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with military partners, resident groups, base services, and leadership.
• Develop resident retention measures and gauge satisfaction from feedback.
• Create and edit newsletters, upload monthly content to websites and email to residents.
• Assist in creating and editing videos and reels as requested.
