Qualifications

• At least two years of transferable experience in customer service.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing team to drive property success.
• Seal the deal with a minimum 20% closing ratio.
• Maintain professional leasing office atmosphere and guest interactions.
• Inspect tour routes and models to ensure peak presentation.
• Monitor local market conditions and trends.
• Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain professional resident communications in writing and verbally.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and existing residents and team members.
