Capstone Real Estate Investments, LLC is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to interface with prospective residents, handle day-to-day issues for current residents, and coordinate lease renewals. The role emphasizes Fair Housing, closing techniques, and objection handling, reporting to the Community Manager and Leasing Manager.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, with enrollment in a 2- or 4-year degree program preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; active enrollment in a 2- or 4-year degree program preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to communicate benefits of the apartment community to prospects and residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, prospects and visitors to the community.
• General office administration including lease and resident communication management, filing, answering phones, greeting customers.
• Effectively lease apartments in accordance with budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents.
• Conduct outside marketing under the direction of the Community Manager.
• Coordinate the application review for each lease including credit and income verifications and background checks.
• Complete lease packets and files with leases, addendums and signatures.
• Ensure the condition of leased apartments prior to move-in, including final inspections.
• Follow up with residents to promote renewals and manage lease renewals.
• Daily opening and closing procedures: marketing inspections, refreshment coordination, and maintaining model areas.
