Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• B.A./B.S. in behavioral health from an accredited college or university preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents in personal hygiene, room/chore assignments, meals, transportation and activities.
• Provide informal counseling on stress management and student issues.
• Document student data and progress in CIS and related records.
• Prepare reports and logs to ensure accurate daily observations.
• Facilitate life skills groups and small group discussions.
• Participate in student welfare and safety procedures, including emergencies.
