Adams and Associates' Woodland Job Corps Center is seeking a Dorm Supervisor to lead our residential team and create a safe, structured environment where students can thrive.

The role focuses on overseeing operations, mentoring students, and coordinating with departments to support achievement. Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday 3:00 PM-12:00 AM; Sunday and Monday off. This is a hands-on, impact-driven leadership position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate of Arts Degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of Job Corps or related program experience required.
• Valid in-state driver's license preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in an active residential environment and supporting students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate residential staff.
• Oversee daily dorm operations and staff coverage.
• Mentor students and support their retention, success, and program completion.
• Promote positive behavior while maintaining structure and accountability.
• Address student and staff concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, secure, and welcoming residential environment.
• Partner with other departments to support student achievement.
• Oversee staff training, documentation, supplies, and maintenance needs.
