Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Plan and organize multiple tasks effectively with attention to confidentiality.
• Maintain a minimum 12 undergraduate hours and a 2.5 GPA during the academic year.

Responsibilities

• Give tours and handle leasing duties as part of marketing efforts.
• Provide customer service via phone and office interactions.
• Cover rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Host community programs and coordinate events with staff.
• Assist the General Manager with move-in and move-out periods.
