Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. in Fort Collins is seeking a part-time Community Ambassador to guide prospective residents through the leasing process and participate in marketing events. You will conduct tours, generate leads, and manage communications to maximize occupancy year over year.

The role requires strong organization, reliability, and the ability to work evenings and weekends, including during summer and Turn periods. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a relevant major such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, etc.
• Must possess strong organization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours, including resident lockouts as needed.
• Must be available to work during summer and Turn period.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Housing Contract and communicate information to prospective residents, residents, and guarantors.
• Close sales by generating leads, completing guest cards, scheduling tours, and following up.
• Promote the community via social media and participate in marketing events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs.
• Represent Landmark Properties professionally and maintain a positive environment.
• Assist in resolving resident concerns by escalating to the manager.
• Perform daily opening/closing checklists, logs, and housekeeping as needed.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and log activities and packages.
• Adhere to Fair Housing and corporate procedures; participate in Turn-related activities.
