Job summary

B.HOM Student Living in Fayetteville is looking for a Community Ambassador to act as a liaison between residents and management, creating a vibrant living environment and promoting resident satisfaction. You will engage residents through social and developmental activities, one-on-one interaction, and proactive problem solving.

The role includes tours, marketing support, and after-hours on-call shifts. You will report to the General Manager and may reside in staff housing while supporting

Qualifications

• Must have state leasing license or ability to obtain within mandated timeframe.
• Completed minimum 12 undergraduate hours with GPA of at least 2.5.
• Must be enrolled in at least 12 undergraduate hours or 6 graduate hours during academic year.
• Must be able to reside in an assigned staff apartment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community enrichment programs and events to support a living-learning environment.
• Assist with marketing and leasing efforts to meet weekly/monthly goals.
• Cover rotating office shifts; give property tours, handle calls, provide customer service and office tasks.
• Be on-call for after-hours and weekend shifts; respond to noise complaints and emergencies.
• Serve as a resource about services, local colleges, and community issues; promote conflict resolution and crisis management.
• Assist GM and residents during move-in/move-out periods.
