Job summary

B.HOM Student Living in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Community Ambassador to engage residents, assist leasing, and help run campus-friendly programs. This on-site, part-time role fits student schedules and requires living in staff housing with roughly 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

You'll build relationships with residents, support marketing events, and provide day-to-day office help while representing the B.HOM brand—creating a welcoming, safe, and connected student

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and stay organized.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Must be enrolled as a student and meet academic requirements: minimum 12 undergraduate credit hours (or 6 graduate hours) and minimum 2.5 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute resident engagement programs.
• Build relationships with residents through one-on-one interactions.
• Support leasing efforts including tours and housing events.
• Cover scheduled office shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Respond to on-call responsibilities and resident concerns.
