The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and experience working with seniors. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 6-12 months of relevant experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow scheduled plans.
• Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and treat residents with respect.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents in various activities to promote well-being.
• Lead group and individual activities, including exercise and outings.
• Support the coordination of external trips and ensure resident safety.
