Job summary

Lawrence Healthcare is seeking an Activities Aide to plan, organize, and facilitate meaningful activities for residents in a long-term care setting. You will promote engagement, independence, and quality of life while coordinating with the Activities Director and nursing staff to ensure safe, respectful practices and adherence to care plans.

The role may involve transporting residents and may require CNA duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid and active C.N.A license in Arkansas.
• Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and facilitating activities for residents.
• Promote resident engagement, independence, and quality of life.
