Job summary

Lawrence Healthcare is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents with meals, activities, and daily living tasks in a geriatric setting. You will help with room care, cleanliness, and basic administrative duties to ensure a safe, comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must attend and successfully complete CNA classes within 3 months of hire (provided by the facility).
• Previous experience in a healthcare geriatric setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with nutritional, recreational, and social activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and equipment; help with routine tasks.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and documenting resident care.
