Job summary

Retirement Villages Group (RVG) is seeking a Resident Liaison Co-ordinator for Avonpark Retirement Village in Winsley, Bath on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role puts residents at the centre, coordinating communication between residents, contractors, project teams and village management.

You will be the primary contact for development activity, keeping residents informed through updates and meetings, building trust, handling concerns professionally and helping ensure a positive resident

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or community engagement.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate clearly.
• Experience in housing, property, or retirement living is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for residents regarding development activity.
• Keep residents informed through updates, meetings and newsletters.
• Coordinate responses with contractors and project teams to address concerns.
• Attend project meetings and represent residents' perspective where appropriate.
• Support community engagement and local partnerships.
