Job summary

Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to greet prospects, conduct property tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process from application to move-in. You will provide pricing details and ensure policies are clearly communicated.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and time management skills, plus familiarity with leasing policies and Fair Housing laws. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• One or more years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and explain community features.
• Manage the full leasing process from application to move-in.
• Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, and policies.
• Maintain up-to-date resident files and support retention and renewal efforts.
• Enter service requests and coordinate with the maintenance team.
