The role requires excellent customer service, familiarity with Yardi Voyager, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Weekend availability is required, with a focus on delivering a quality living experience and strong resident relations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.
• Basic level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Process renewal paperwork and ensure documentation is delivered monthly.
