Job summary

Love Communities is hiring a Leasing Consultant in Philadelphia to drive occupancy and deliver outstanding resident experiences. You will lead engaging tours, respond to inquiries, coordinate move-ins, and manage leasing documentation with accuracy and compliance.

You will work with property management to meet occupancy goals, execute marketing initiatives, and stay informed about market trends to adjust pricing and strategy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Familiarity with fair housing laws is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with team, prospects and residents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Weekend availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-energy tours that convert prospects to residents.
• Execute marketing initiatives including social media, outreach, partnerships, and resident events.
• Respond promptly to inquiries with accurate pricing and availability.
• Guide prospects through the full leasing process from initial contact through move-in.
• Process applications and screenings in coordination with third-party vendors.
• Prepare and review leases for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate move-ins and conduct new resident orientations.
• Maintain accurate records in property management systems (traffic, availability, leasing activity).
• Follow up consistently with prospects to drive conversions.
• Collaborate with maintenance and management to ensure units are move-in ready.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
