Job summary

Pennrose is seeking a Community Impact Coordinator to develop and deliver on-site educational, social, and empowerment programs for residents, while supporting property operations. You will connect residents with community resources, monitor program compliance, and report outcomes to property leaders.

You will coordinate services across properties, educate tenants on lease obligations, and build partnerships with local agencies to improve resident well-being and tenancy success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or 2–3 years experience in Social Services.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and ability to travel between properties.
• Ability to work periodic flexible hours and travel to properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of supportive service plans and programming at all properties.
• Maintain compliance with program requirements and complete reporting on-time.
• Assess residents’ needs and facilitate access to services.
• Educate residents on lease obligations to support tenancy success.
• Identify and collaborate with community agencies to enhance residents’ lives.
