Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Part Time Health Services Coordinator (RN/LVN/LPN) to support the health services team and assist with clinical and administrative duties under the Director of Health Services. This role emphasizes resident dignity, independence, and adherence to service plans and MBK policies.

The position requires active licensure, strong communication, and the ability to manage medications, assessments, and care coordination while maintaining compliant records and a safe

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities are essential.
• Ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate assessments and recommend admission per regulations and community policies.
• Draft initial Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and update as needed.
• Review service plans with responsible parties and the Executive Director.
• Provide training on medication delivery, safety protocols, and state requirements.
• Perform basic nursing functions including treatments and medication delivery when needed.
• Coordinate prescription orders and manage pharmacy delivery and MARs.
• Maintain inventory of resident care supplies and ensure proper waste minimization.
• Support marketing efforts by engaging with families and health providers.
